ParsePrime is operated by TAGonSoft SRL ("we", "our", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website and service at parseprime.com. It also describes your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data Controller
The data controller responsible for your personal data is: TAGonSoft SRL, CUI 31439694, Str. Clopotari Nr. 6, Iași, Romania. For privacy-related inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
3. Information We Collect
Files You Upload
When you use ParsePrime, you may upload PDF files or images for table extraction. These files are transmitted to third-party AI service providers for automated analysis and extraction. Uploaded files and extracted data are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete. We do not retain, archive, or use your files for any purpose other than providing the extraction service.
Account Information
If you create an account, we collect your email address. If you purchase credits, we collect payment information. Payment processing is handled by a third-party provider (Stripe) and we do not store your full credit card details.
Usage Data
We collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, features used, and general device information (browser type, operating system) to improve our service. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Transaction Data
When you purchase credits, we collect transaction records including: credit package purchased, amount paid, date of purchase, and payment method type (last 4 digits only). Full payment details are processed and stored exclusively by Stripe.
4. How We Use Your Information

- To manage your account and process payments
- To improve and maintain our service
- To communicate with you about your account or service updates
- To manage your credit balance and transaction history
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Under Article 6(1) of the GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing your uploaded files — including transmission to third-party AI service providers — and managing your account are necessary to provide our service.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): We collect anonymized usage data to improve our service and ensure security.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only loaded after you provide explicit consent via our cookie banner.
6. Cookies and Local Storage
We use the following storage mechanisms on your device:
Essential (localStorage — always active)
- parseprime-theme — stores your light/dark theme preference
- parseprime-lang — stores your selected language
- parseprime-cookie-consent — stores your cookie consent choice
Analytics (loaded only after consent)
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-PSWDDE5RFT) — helps us understand how our service is used. GA4 sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) which expire after 2 years. Analytics data is anonymized and not linked to your account.
7. Sub-processors
We use the following third-party services to operate ParsePrime:
- Stripe (stripe.com) — Payment processing. Processes payment data in the USA and EU.
- Google Analytics (analytics.google.com) — Website analytics. Loaded only after user consent. Processes data in the USA.
- Third-party AI service providers — Document analysis and table extraction. Your uploaded files are transmitted to AI service providers for automated processing. Files are processed transiently and are not used to train or improve AI models. Data may be processed in the USA and other locations.
8. Automated Processing and AI Disclosure
ParsePrime uses artificial intelligence provided by third-party service providers to analyze your uploaded documents and extract tabular data. When you upload a file, it is transmitted to these AI services for automated processing. This transmission is necessary to provide the core extraction service.
The AI processing is fully automated. No employee of ParsePrime or its service providers manually reviews your documents as part of the standard extraction workflow.
We select AI service providers that contractually commit to processing your data solely for the purpose of fulfilling our requests and not for training or improving their own models. However, we have no control over the internal infrastructure or processing methods of third-party providers beyond what their contractual terms provide.
Under Article 22 of the GDPR, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you. The extraction of tabular data from documents does not constitute such a decision. If you have concerns about automated processing, please contact us at [email protected].
9. Data Retention
Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain copies of your documents. Account information is retained for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
10. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to provide the service (e.g., payment processing, AI-powered document extraction) or as required by law.
11. International Data Transfers
Some of our sub-processors (Google Analytics, Stripe, and third-party AI service providers) may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These transfers are made in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, relying on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or other approved safeguards. Google participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Stripe processes payments in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and maintains appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
12. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Files are processed in isolated environments and are not accessible to other users or our staff. We regularly review our security practices to protect your data.
13. Data Minimization
In accordance with GDPR Article 5(1)(c), we apply the principle of data minimization. We only collect and process personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Uploaded files are processed solely for table extraction and are deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain, copy, or archive your documents beyond what is necessary to deliver the extraction results.
14. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
